What is your minimum order quantity?
Most references in this catalogue are stock items, with a minimum of 10 pieces per reference. Custom or made-to-drawing parts start at 2,000 pieces. Stock items are packed 6 to a carton, so a first trial order of one or two cartons per reference is the usual way to start.
Can you supply in our own packaging?
Yes. Our manufacturing partner supports custom logo, box artwork and packaging. Neutral packaging is also available if you prefer not to show any brand at all.
How quickly do you quote?
Within 24 hours. Every reference in our catalogue carries pieces per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight, so we can quote CIF to your port without going back to the plant first.
What is the lead time?
Stock references are ready to ship 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation. Custom or made-to-drawing parts usually take around 60 days depending on quantity and drawings. Sea freight to European ports is additional — tell us your destination and we will state the full door or port timing in the quotation.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. For stock references the samples themselves are free — you cover the courier charge only. For custom or made-to-drawing parts the sample is charged, and that charge is deducted from your first production order. Tell us the references you want to evaluate and your destination and we will confirm the freight cost.
What certification does the plant hold?
Our manufacturing partner holds IATF 16949:2018, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015. Certificates are available on request once we are in commercial discussion.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a supplier working directly with one manufacturing partner, not a broker sourcing from whoever is cheapest that month. We are straightforward about this because it is checkable, and because a stable single source is the point.
Which markets do you already supply?
Our manufacturing partner exports to Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
What payment and delivery terms do you work on?
Production orders are settled by T/T, Western Union or MoneyGram; sample orders can also be paid by PayPal. Delivery terms are agreed per order — tell us your destination port or door address and the quantity, and the quotation will state the terms alongside the price.
